comfortable bed lovely location dirty sheets non-functioning elevators
the location was lovely. i found the bedroom quite nice, and the bed felt comfortable.
The sheets had some dirt. I requested a change, and it was granted. only one of the ground-to-lobby elevators was working, and similarly, only one of the lobby-to-room elevators functioned properly.

elevator service long wait times
The room included a fridge, an ironing board, an iron, a safe, and a hair dryer.
Elevator service was a major issue. Only the service elevator operated during my entire stay. The wait times were excessive. This situation definitely detracted from my experience at the hotel.

helpful staff fantastic view extra charm great experience
the staff was super nice and helpful. i had a fantastic view from the 21st floor. i thought the elevator being on the fritz only added to the charm. i am definitely coming back!!!
the lighting in the bathroom was not very bright.

The fitness room provided a good space for workouts, with equipment including treadmills and stationary bikes. housekeeping was excellent. The room was always refreshed and felt cleaned and super clean each day upon return from outings.

the hotel is conveniently located near many amenities and restaurants. i found i had easy access to transit and the surrounding areas. the area felt safe and quiet in the evening, which i appreciated.
